Macedonian Stock Exchange promote the project “Corporate Governance Manual for Macedonian Joint Stock Companies”, the first publication of this kind in the Republic of Macedonia. The promotion took place on November 13, 2007 in "Holiday Inn" hotel. The creation of this Manual was initiated by the Macedonian Stock Exchange, and its development was supported by the IFC Corporate Governance Project and USAID Business Environment Activity in Macedonia.
