The Board of the Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on April 14, 2011 reached a Decision for Changes and Amendments of the Listing Rules. On May 27, 2011 the Securities and Exchange Commission reached a Resolution No. UP1 08-55 for Approval of this Decision.
 
The Changes and Amendments of the Trading Rules will come into force starting from July 15, 2011.
