In the link below you can download the Corporate Governance Scorecard developed for the Macedonian joint-stock companies with I - tier management system and II – tier management system, by a project team coordinated by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), member of the World Bank group.

The CG Scorecard is intended for evaluation of the degree of application of the corporate governance principles set in the Corporate Governance Code.
