According to the data from the trading system, we inform that a listed company executed share buy-back on 20.12.2024 Vitaminka AD Prilep bought: 
-4 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 11.000,00 per share, through 1 transaction.
-315 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 11.000,00 per share, through 1 block transaction.


According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 20.12.2024 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed:

- Komercijalna banka АD Skopje - 30 ordinary shares
- Makedonski Telekom AD Skopje - 300 ordinary shares
