According to the article 19 of the MSE Membership Rules and the Securities Exchange Commission’s Decision No.08-1618/4 dated June 30, 2010, the Board of Directors of the MSE brought a Decision by which the member Stater banka AD Kumanovo is permanently excluded from membership in the MSE starting from July 9, 2010.
With permanent exclusion from membership Stater banka AD Kumanovo lost its status and right as member of MSE, while other member’s rights towards Stater banka AD Kumanovo acquired prior to exclusion, as well as financial liability of Stater banka AD Kumanovo towards MSE stay current.
