According to the Securities Exchange Commission’s Decision No.08-32 dated March 5, 2010, the Board of Directors of the MSE brought a Decision by which the member IDEJA PLUS BROKER AD Radovis is permanently excluded from membership in the MSE starting from March 24, 2010.
With permanent exclusion from membership IDEJA PLUS BROKER AD Radovis lost its status and right as member of MSE, while other member’s rights towards IDEJA PLUS BROKER AD Radovis acquired prior to exclusion, as well as financial liability of IDEJA PLUS BROKER AD Radovis towards MSE stay current.
