New price limitations on the Macedonian Stock Exchange

With respect to the market situation on the Macedonian stock market and the rapid price decrease of the securities traded on November 20, 2008, the Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange, in consultation with the Securities and Exchange Commission, on the session held on November 20, 2008, decided that the current allowed daily price fluctuations for trading in all securities will be decreased to +/- 5%, instead of +/- 10% from the base price in continuous trading regime and +/- 20% from the base price for the securities traded in fixing regime.

The Board decided to decrease the dynamic limits within the static daily price fluctuations in continuous trading regime from +/-3% to +/- 1.5%.

The implementation of those decisions of the Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange starts on
November 21, 2008.

The MSE Board of Directors will continue to observe the market situation and make decisions in accordance with it.
