Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 08.02.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 08.02.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 526 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 36 per share, through 3 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 08.02.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje – 24 ordinary shares, - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep- 97 ordinary shares, - Tehnometal Vardar AD Skopje - 2 ordinary shares, - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje - 293 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 2 preferred shares.
