Dimko Mitrev AD Veles informs about two enacted decisions: 1. On 16.07.2003 the company has brought decision for borrowing from Postenska banka AD Skopje, in the amount of 10.000.000 denars. The loan was covered with machinery mortgage; 2. On 15.10.2003 a decision was brought by which Atanas Kirov, previous General Manager, was appointed for CEO of the company with four years mandate.
