According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 02.12.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 132 ordinary shares, as follows: - 82 shares for the price of MKD 1.851 per share, through 4 transactions; - 50 shares for the price of MKD 1.860 per share, through 1 transaction. - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 13 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 12.200 per share, through 2 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 02.12.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 435 ordinary shares; - Sileks AD Kratovo - 350 ordinary shares.
