Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 28.10.2004

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 28.10.2004: - Granit AD Skopje purchased 2.763 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 90 per share, through 9 transactions; - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 20 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 12.149 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 28.10.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 240 ordinary shares.
