According to the Listing Agreement, the Construction Institute Macedonia AD Skopje informs about the following: 1. There has been a change of the capital structure of the company resulted form the block trade executed on 26.12.2002. The University of “St. Kiril and Methodius”-“Institute for research of materials” Skopje has bought 2.569 shares which represents 18,35% of the outstanding shares of the company. 2. On the basis of the Decision for buy-back of its own shares the Construction Institute Macedonia had bought 195 shares, i.e. 111 shares on 30.12.2002 and 84 shares on 13.01.2003.
