According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 24.11.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 182 ordinary shares, as follows: - 25 shares for the price of MKD 1.849 per share, through 1 transaction; - 157 shares for the price of MKD 1.850 per share, through 5 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 24.11.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 1.177 ordinary shares.
