Board of directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the meeting held on 24.11.2003 has delisted the shares of Galeb AD Ohrid and Tehnokomerc AD Skopje, because of not complying to the Rules for listing of securities on the Macedonian Stock Exchange. The shares of these companies will be delisted from 26.11.2003. From that date the shares of Galeb AD Ohrid and Tehnokomerc AD Skopje can be traded on the unofficial market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
