According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 22.11.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 250 ordinary shares, as follows: - 9 shares for the price of MKD 1.849 per share, through 1 transaction; - 241 shares for the price of MKD 1.850 per share, through 4 transaction; - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 6 ordinary shares, as follows: - 4 shares for the price of MKD 12.401 per share, through 1 transaction; - 2 shares for the price of MKD 12.403 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 22.11.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 16 ordinary shares; - Blagoj Gjorev AD Veles - 735 ordinary shares.
