According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 21.10.2004: - Granit AD Skopje purchased 2.554 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 90 per share, through 10 transactions; - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 5 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 12.150 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 21.10.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Blagoj Gjorev AD Veles - 1.099 ordinary shares; - Zito Prilep AD Prilep - 271 ordinary shares.
