Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 19.09.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 19.09.2005: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 1.367 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 31 per share, through 8 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 19.09.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Fabrika Karpos AD Skopje – 117 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 322 ordinary shares.
