Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 19.04.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 19.04.2006: - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 360 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 40 per share, through 2 transactions; - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 28 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.501 per share, through 1 transaction and 335 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.550 per share, through 4 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 19.04.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje- 137 ordinary shares.
