According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 01.12.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 2.554 ordinary shares, as follows: - 42 shares for the price of MKD 1.849 per share, through 2 transactions; - 2.512 shares for the price of MKD 1.850 per share, through 8 transactions. - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 12 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 12.200 per share, through 1 transaction.
