Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 01.11.2004

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 01.11.2004: - Skopski pazar AD Skopje purchased 457 ordinary shares, as follows: - 407 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.750 per share, through 1 transaction; - 50 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.752 per share, through 1 transaction; - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 12 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 12.150 per share, through 3 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 01.11.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 5 ordinary shares; - RZ Tehnicka kontrola AD Skopje - 7 ordinary shares; - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep - 115 ordinary shares; - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 155 ordinary shares; - Granit AD Skopje - 403 ordinary shares; - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 2 preferred shares; - Makstil AD Skopje - 422 ordinary shares.
