On the meeting of 19.12.2003, the Board of Granit AD Skopje has brought a decision for ammendment of the decision for buy-back of company's shares of 11.02.2003, with the following elements: - number of shares for buy-back 289.360 - minimal price per share is 60,00 MKD and the maximal price is 100,00 MKD - the starting date for buy-back is 12.02.2003 and the closing date is 31.01.2004.
