According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 16.11.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 200 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 1.850 per share, through 10 transactions; - Skopski pazar AD Skopje purchased 200 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.752 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 16.11.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Replek AD Skopje - 95 ordinary shares; - Agroplod AD Resen - 2 ordinary shares.
