According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 15.12.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 300 ordinary shares, as follows: - 249 shares for the price of MKD 1.900 per share, through 10 transactions; - 51 shares for the price of MKD 1.899 per share, through 3 transactions. - Skopski pazar AD Skopje purchased 180 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.835 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 15.12.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 26 ordinary share; - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 7 ordinary shares; - RZ Tehnicka Kontrola AD Skopje - 11 ordinary shares; - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 220 ordinary shares; - RZ Inter Transped AD Skopje - 27 ordinary shares; - Makstil AD Skopje – 599 ordinary shares.
