Share buy-backs of listed companies on 13.12.2004

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 13.12.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 1.400 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 1.900 per share, through 22 transactions. - Makpetrol AD Skopje purchased 23 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 12.300 per share, through 3 transactions. - Investbanka AD Skopje, through 1 block trade, purchased 2.038 ordinary shares, i.e. 0,94% of the total shares, for the price of MKD 2.670 per share, with a total value of the transaction of MKD 5.441.460.
