Offer for buyout of ordinary shares issued by Zito Prilep AD Prilep

On the session held on 06.09.2004, the Securities and Exchange Comission has adopted a decision by which Mr.Gjorgjija Atanasovski from Prilep is permited to make an offerfor buyout of ordinary shares issued by Zito Prilep AD Prilep. The offer for buyout is made by the brokerage house Eurobroker AD Skopje in the name of Mr.Gjorgjija Atanasovski. According to the Prospectus for buyout of shares, the offer is made for 49.376 ordinary shares issued by Zito Prilep AD Prilep. The buyout price is 920 MKD per share. The starting date for accepting of the offer is 09.09.2004 and the closing date for accepting of the offer is 08.10.2004.
