Thus, the total number of shares issued by the bank is 254.549, of which 229.976 ordinary shares and 24.573 preferred shares. The biggest shareholder of Ohridska banka AD Ohrid (the only with over 10% of shares) is Oteks AD Ohrid, with 42.802 ordinary shares, which is 18,61% of the number of the ordinary shares, or 16,81% of the total shares.
