Share buy-backs, sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 09.12.2004

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you of the following: The following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 09.12.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 183 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 1.890 per share, through 3 transactions. - Skopski pazar AD Skopje purchased 300 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.650 per share, through 1 transaction. The following listed companies sold treasury shares on 09.12.2004: - Ohridska banka AD Ohrid sold 498 treasury shares, for the price of MKD 2.120 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 09.12.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Tehnometal-Vardar AD Skopje - 10 ordinary share; - VV Tikves AD Kavadarci - 15 ordinary shares.
