Changes in the SEC’s Registry of Publicly held companies with special reporting obligations

The Securities and Exchange Commission, according to article 2 paragraph 1 item 2 and article 153 of the Securities Law and according to article 153 of the Rulebook on the manner and period of recording a shareholding company, the content and the manner of recording and adjusting the data and the public access to the Registry of Publicly held companies with special reporting obligations, added the following companies: RZ Institut AD Skopje and International Hotels AD Skopje in the Registry.
