According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies executed share buy-backs on 30.11.2004: - Alkaloid AD Skopje purchased 234 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 1.850 per share, through 11 transactions; - Teteks AD Tetovo purchased 3.887 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 310 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 30.11.2004 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 690 ordinary shares; - Teteks AD Tetovo - 67 ordinary shares; - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep - 123 ordinary shares.
