ZK "Pelagonija" AD Bitola informs that on 01.10.2004 the company's Assembly has reached a decision for sale of 22.000 treasury shares. For execution of this decision the Assembly has authorized the Board of directors of ZK "Pelagonija" AD Bitola. According to the decision, on 29.10.2004 the Board of directors has decided to sale the treasury shares on the MSE through Komercijalna banka AD Skopje. The starting sale price is MKD 1.509 per share. The shares will be offered on the market starting from 02.11.2004.
