Public warning for the listed company Pelisterka AD Skopje

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje made a decision to issue a public warning through the website of the Stock Exchange to the company Pelisterka AD Skopje, listed on the Official Market of the Mandatory Listing sub-segment of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, due to failure to publish an unaudited income statement for the period 01.01-31.03.2023 and a consolidated unaudited income statement for the period 01.01.-31.03.2023 within the prescribed period, thus the issuer failed to comply with  with Article 40, point 2 of the Listing Rules.
