According to the article 19 of the MSE Membership Rules and the Securities Exchange Commission’s Decision No UP1 08-45 dated March 28, 2011, the Board of Directors of the MSE brought a Decision by which the member Novi Triglav AD Skopjeis permanently excluded from membership in the MSE starting from April 5, 2011.
With permanent exclusion from membership Novi Triglav AD Skopjelost its status and right as member of MSE, while other member’s rights towards Novi Triglav AD Skopjeacquired prior to exclusion, as well as financial liability of Novi Triglav AD Skopjetowards MSE stay current.
