The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje made a decision to issue a public warning through the website of the Stock Exchange to the company GTC AD Skopje , listed on the Official Market of the Mandatory Listing sub-segment of the Macedonian Stock Exchange AD Skopje, due to the fact that the company did not publish the complete materials for the shareholders' meeting and due to non-publication of the decisions made at a meeting of shareholders within the period prescribed by the Listing Rules, thus failing to comply with with Article 39, paragraph 5 and 7 of the Listing Rules.
