Delisting of shares issued by Karbo Nova AD Kriva Palanka and Agroplod AD Resen

The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange on the session held on 14.01.2021 decided to remove the ordinary shares issued by Karbo Nova AD Kriva Palanka from listing on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, due to an opened bankruptcy procedure. Shares issued by Karbo Nova AD Kriva Palanka will be delisted from the Official Market (subsegment Mandatory Listing) starting from 18.01.2021 (Monday).

The Board of Directors on the same meeting decided to remove the ordinary shares issued by Agroplod AD Resen from listing on the Macedonian Stock Exchange, due to transformation of the company into Limited Liability Company. Shares issued by Agroplod AD Resen will be delisted from the Official Market (subsegment Mandatory Listing) starting from 18.01.2021 (Monday).
