According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 31.01.2008:

Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought:
- 50 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.951 per share, through 5 transactions;
- 30 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.990 per share, through 1 transaction;

Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought:
- 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 48.499 per share, through 3 transactions;
- 99 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 48.500 per share, through 6 transactions;

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 31.01.2008 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed:
- ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 51 ordinary shares,
- Granit AD Skopje - 667 ordinary shares,
- TTK banka AD Skopje - 2 ordinary shares.
