The company Pelisterka AD Skopje, listed on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange in the Compulsory Listing sub-segment, has been issued a public warning via the Stock Exchange's website, due to non-publication of the decisions made by the Assembly of Shareholders of the company within the prescribed period, which did not act in accordance with Article 39, paragraph 7 of the Listing Rules.
