Concerning the information published in the daily newspaper Vest from 21.01.2005 that the Russian company Lukoil intends to buy a control package of shares of OHIS AD Skopje, OHIS informs that the article mentioned that the negotiations were led by the Macedonian Government. OHIS AD Skopje was not involved in the negotiations.
