Successful buyout of the ordinary shares of Tetovska banka AD Tetovo by Teteks AD Tetovo

On 28.01.2004 the Securities and Exchange Commission has adopted a decision that affirms as succesful the offer for buyout of the ordinary shares issued by Tetovska banka AD Tetovo, given by the Wool Combine Todor Cipovski Merdzan-Teteks AD Tetovo. With this offer, considering the previously owned shares, Teteks AD Tetovo has secured the package of 52,08% of the total number of ordinary shares issued by Tetovska banka AD Tetovo.
