The Board of Directors of the Macedonian Stock Exchange, on the session held on 09.11.2006, according to the article 3.60 of the Trading Procedures, has decided on temporary cancellation of trading of the shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje. The decision was made with regard to the market conditions and the trading with the shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje in the last several trading days after the announcement of the information of Komercijalna banka AD Skopje from 06.11.2006 for the process for finding a strategic investor. This decision of the Board of Directors is made with the aim for execution of the general principle for protection of the investors and the capital market. The temporary cancellation of trading with the shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje will endure until the announcement of additional information by the bank about the status of the signed shareholder’s agreement and the announced sale of the bank’s treasury shares, as well as any other information valid for the investors’ decisions in the following period. The Macedonian Stock Exchange, according to the Trading Procedures, will announce the decision for resumption of trading with the shares issued by Komercijalna banka AD Skopje.
