Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 07.08.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 07.08.2006: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 660 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.600 per share, through 2 transactions and 117 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.699 per share, through 1 transaction. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 07.08.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 583 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 55 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 446ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 52 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 8 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 1.212 ordinary shares, - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 148 ordinary shares.
