According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that on 28.09.2004 Makpetrol AD Skopje executed buy-back of 2.500 ordinary shares (2,22% of the total shares). The buy-back is executed through 1 block trade, for the price of 12.400 MKD per share, with total value of transaction of 31.000.000 MKD.
