Ohridska banka AD Ohrid informs that the Shareholder's meeting held on 25.03.2005 has confirmed the decisions for the dividend and dividend calendar for 2004. The Assembly has adopted a decision for buy-back in 2005 in a value of MKD 31.000.000, or 11.698 shares i.e. 4,6% of total shares.
