Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 26.12.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 26.12.2007: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 60 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.900 per share, through 1 transaction; Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought: - 187 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 50.000 per share, through 14 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 26.12.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Makstil AD Skopje- 526 ordinary shares, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 323 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 193 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 262 ordinary shares, - Beton AD Skopje - 10 ordinary shares, - Makoteks AD Skopje - 60 ordinary shares, - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 42 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 24 ordinary shares.
