Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 24.12.2007

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 24.12.2007: Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought: - 48 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 7.900 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 24.12.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Makstil AD Skopje- 1.227 ordinary shares, - Dimko Mitrev AD Veles - 1 ordinary share, - RZ Ekonomika AD Skopje - 23 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 201 ordinary shares, - Alkaloid AD Skopje - 350 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 55 ordinary shares.
