Toplifikacija AD Skopje informs of the Decision of the company's Assembly for distribution of the net-profit for 2003. The net-profit of 93.092.735 MKD is distributed as follows: 1. 15% (13.963.910 MKD) for Statutary reserves; 2. up to 5% (4.654.637 MKD) for the managing team, the Board of Directors and the Sueprvisory Board; 3. Dividend on prioriry shares of the Pension Fund: 21.343 shares x 165,498 MKD = 3.532.224 MKD; 4. Dividend on ordinary shares: 428.657 shares x 165,498 MKD = 70.941.964 MKD.
