According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 12.10.2006: - Makedonijaturist AD Skopje bought 128 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 2.953 per share, through 2 transactions; - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje bought 2.909 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 55 per share, through 16 transactions and 5.091 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 56 per share, through 28 transactions; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 12.10.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Evropa AD Skopje - 100 ordinary shares, - Granit AD Skopje - 230 ordinary shares, - ZK Pelagonija AD Bitola - 84 ordinary shares, - Fakom AD Skopje - 9 ordinary shares.
