According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 09.03.2007: - Granit AD Skopje bought 1.882 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 1.110 per share, through 5 transactions, and 180 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 1.109 per share, through 2 transactions and 10 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 1.108 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 09.03.2007 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje – 626 ordinary shares, - TTK AD Skopje- 645 ordinary shares, - OHIS AD Skopje - 111 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 25 ordinary shares, - Teteks AD Tetovo - 237 ordinary shares, - ADG Mavrovo Skopje - 64 ordinary shares.
