Sale of treasury shares and non-trade transfers of listed companies on 07.06.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform you that the following listed companies sold treasury shares on 07.06.2005: - Investbanka AD Skopje sold 538 ordinary shares, for the price of MKD 2.620 per share, through 4 transactions. According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 07.06.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje - 1.346 ordinary shares; - GI Makedonija AD Skopje - 9 ordinary shares.
