Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 06.11.2006

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 06.11.2006: RZ Institut AD Skopje bought: -1.000 odinary shares for the price of MKD 191 per share, through 1 transaction; -3.390 odinary shares for the price of MKD 192 per share, through 1 transaction; -249 odinary shares for the price of MKD 194 per share, through 3 transactions; -2.344 odinary shares for the price of MKD 195 per share, through 5 transactions; -500 odinary shares for the price of MKD 196 per share, through 1 transaction; -2.517 odinary shares for the price of MKD 197 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 06.11.2006 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje- 2.245 ordinary shares, - RZ Institut AD Skopje - 6 ordinary shares, - RZ Inter-Transped AD Skopje - 25 ordinary shares, - RZ Uslugi AD Skopje - 204 ordinary shares, - Evropa AD Skopje - 212 ordinary shares, - Makpetrol AD Skopje - 26 ordinary shares, - OHIS AD Skopje - 12 ordinary shares, - Makstil AD Skopje - 555 ordinary shares.
