Share buy-backs and non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares on 04.07.2005

According to the article 6.03. of the Listing Rules of the Macedonian Stock Exchange and the data from the trading system, we inform that the listed companies executed share buy-backs on 04.07.2005: - Skopski Pazar AD Skopje bought 9 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.600 per share, through 1 transaction; According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 04.07.2005 the following non-trade transfers (based on compensation, gift or heredity) of listed companies' shares were executed: - Granit AD Skopje – 544 ordinary shares, - Makoteks AD Skopje - 75 ordinary shares, - Beton AD Skopje - 15 ordinary shares, - Tutunski kombinat AD Prilep - 40 ordinary shares, - Komercijalna banka AD Skopje - 6 preferred shares.
